When we arrived in Berrien Springs we were told the Berrien County Youth Fair was one of the best in the state. It is about a mile from our RV.
The fair is going on this week – the weather was perfect today so we decided to go.
We noticed it was NOT called a 4-H fair but called a “Youth Fair” and has always been so. Berrien County is very much based on agriculture so there were all kinds of livestock and farm projects. We saw animals the youth have raised along with sewing, arts and vegetables. It was very cool.
Of course… the “Fair Food” was the main attraction.
